not doing anything with it today its raining alot. so hopefully tomorrow i will have some updates. today im probably gonna go get a set of blades for the reciprocating saw and some more grinding disc and zip cuts
thanks, but i contacted the guy i buoght my 79 bronco from, and he said he got another D44 and 9" fullwidth i can take so i might go get those, either leave them full width or maybe narrow them not sure yet.
today i took off the complete wiring harness, bumper, valance, fenders, grill, headlights, doors, guage cluster, dash parts, radio, and probably more than im forgetting. it was a long painful day. including having the hood fall down on my fingers. ouch
I can weld Arc, jus gotta wait exactly 13 days to get my mig and start practicing then.
Got a little update today. cut off the core support and finished off the other body mount that was being a bitch to me the other day. so now the cab is ready to come off the frame now that the core support is off. just a matter now of jacking the rest of it up. will try to do some tomorrow if its nice out. if it wasnt raining today i would of jacked the cab up but oh well. saturday is supposed to be nice to, might get the other cab off.
heres what i started with today
and a pic of the family, minus the other 86 ex cab and the 79..
and heres the interior
and i know its a shitty pic.. but heres where im at now
