86 2.3 ranger-86 2.3t tc wiring help


The fuel pump runs constant with the key on. The test light shows constant power on both sides of all injectors
 
Update your profile with your location. Maybe someone local can come help you.

That's not right. Check for a low at pin 22 at key on, for two seconds. If you have any connections (jumpers) at the EEC-IV self test connector, remove them. One end's terminal is the pin 22 FP wire.

Do you have VPWR at pin 37 with key on? Does it go away at key off?

Tell us everything you have done. You've got to help us trim down the list of what could be wrong. It could be anything at this point.
 
I know this thread is old. But did you ever get this thing running, and if so. What was the problem?
