It's almost like you said "Cold air Intake"

I already put one on my truck, we are good there. :icon_thumby:

One of these days, ima put one of those portable air conditioners in the bed, run it off of an inverter, and feed the a/c into the engine. The "Ranger: Demon Edition"

For a more OEM look just add factory AC. Then you can control the boost level using the controls on the dash.

Hey now, no dissing Nickelback my build thread...

more like the Shrek of cars. those things were hideous.

Sadly they were just kind of ahead of their time. Now everybody wants ugly car based stubby wanna-be SUV's

People also want to focus on what pronouns you use to identify others that have spent a small fortune on plastic surgery.

F*uck people. Kia's popularity is a testament to their idiocy.

...I get passionate about this kind of crap lol. Kia sells cars, Lancia is all but out of business. Wtf happened to the world...

Never even heard of Lancia before...

...my head literally just f*ucking exploded:LOL:

Kidding. Very few people have. They've gone rhe way of Tucker, etc. They were the *ultimate* (lazy) performance manufacturer.

Started in 1907 by a few Fiat employees. Lancia is the only reason you have unibody, overdrive, 12v electronics, and so many inventions that I don't even know where to start. First company to dual charge an engine. Man the innovations.

Italian car company that was focused on research and development and innovation. They invented what we would consider the modern car in the 1920s. They were always the fastest production cars the year they were built - they'd wipe their ass with a Lamborghini and then have lunch. For half the cost.

Definitely worth researching. To this day, cars like the Stratos and 037 are slightly beyond the skill set of most professional drivers.

Been in and around them since 2008. Dismissed them as ugly Italian rot boxes at first. Then you hear one. Changes everything.

The Stratos:

I think it's what drew me to the square body Rangers so much. Light, (can be made) quick, twitchy, always trying to kill you. Love it.

Yeah, not much for Itailian anything out here. A couple Fiats is about it.

When I hear Lancia, I immediately think of Group B.

Say, are you following Bad Obsession Motorsports on Youtube? The stuff they're doing should be right up your alley. Only it's with a classic Mini. Converting it to all wheel drive, etc..

Literally just edited the first post of my build thread yesterday to highlight the inspiration behind my build. Group B was mentioned. Those guys were some of my heroes.

Thanks for the heads-up on Bad Obsession. I had things to do today. My plans just changed.
