85 ranger probs could use advice if you can thanks

got my ranger in feb and love it but cant get it legal wont pass smog was told running to much fuel very rich just put in new engine and o2 censor and minor things but can any one help with the fuel prob it is fuel injection appreciate any help thanks!!

First thing you need to do is run an OBD1 scanner (30 bux at auto parts store) and pass us some codes. Where are you located ? Maybe a member lives near you.
