New to this computer thing. not sure if that worked for the photo. Came with a 87 parts truck with no title. has 4-6in coil/block lift and a 3in body lift.

Got bed and dash off parts truck. Put some 38's i had on her. Has super tall gears like 3.73 so she dont drive to well yet.

Plan A is to get a Bronco 2 tank so i have dual tanks. ttb 44/9in with at least 4.10's and a 302 out of a 92 f150 i got.

Pictures no worky.

Nice! Not bad for $500!

Thanks. traded a old honda that leaked 1gl of oil a week for it!
bed is just on some firewood to hold it in place. need to get 3in body lift for bed. or just make some new 3in mounts.
get rear bumper and drop hitch receiver bolted on top of the frame like i did for front. never did like the big gap when you but a body lift on.
have to cut out rear most crossmember and replace it with some 2x4 steel. but make it so i can still use bronco 2 tank.
the law could be a problem as both bumpers are 6in higher then washington lets you.
the cowl for the hood may go on if i can clean old fiberglass off.

Looks good with 38s can it actually do 65 tho?

Maybe going down a big hill. got speedo up to 45 so that may be close to 50-55 im not sure with the bigger tires. and they dont have a speedo gear to fix it.
looks like as close as i can get is the purple gear? 16 tooth or somthing like that.

BUT if i decided to drive it on the road i will need to get a sway bar BAD. i can make the body roll 3in when i put 20lbs pressure on the door :shok:
if i need to take it more then 10 miles from the house she will be on a trailer. safety first

o and for the people that didnt hit the link. i need ideas on the dummy lights on my new dash.

Depending on your state law, sometimes the lowest part connected to the bumper is considered the bottom. Weld a steel bar that extends 6" below your bumper...

That would work to get it legal just not sure how good it would look. Not that she looks to good now haha.

so i got a good deal on a 94 exlorer for $200. just wanted to ask would it be worth the swap? dash and all.(sure would be cool).

or should i just put my lift on the explorer and run it? i know the rear is spring under but i can swap it no problem.

only have $500 into the ranger and its not in the best of shape. the dana 28 and the 2.8 didnt like the 38's i have on it. hahaha (i know shocking right) i did get 3 mud trips in b4 the dana 28 blew up. and it really blew up. cracked the case and all.

if i stick with my ranger i will swap the 35 and the 4.0 over and maybe only run 35's this time.

but if i run the exlorer she will run the 38's. when the front or rear goes i can get a junkyard dana 60 for $180-200
