83 Ranger Door Latch

The door latches on my 83 Ranger are very worn to the point that the passenger latch is starting to pop open. My question is does anybody know if later model latches will work oh an 83 Ranger?

they were pretty basic in he 80s is it the striker or the actual latch.?
