Would there be a way to make Rough Country's 83-97 Ford ranger 4" suspension lift work on a 06 4x4 ford ranger?

Nope. front end suspension is different. Twin Traction Beam suspension vs. independant front suspension in 98 and up
actually....you could put the 06 body on a 94-97 frame....

Well I have a 3" body lift and I want some more lift but the only other lift I can get is Superlifts 4" suspension lift which is like 1500-2000 bucks. So I'm trying to become creative unless someone has any other ideas... Already cranked the torsion bars so can't do that.

Thats your only other option other then superlift... unless your a 2wd i think you can do a spindle lift and some leaf springs or shackles?
