8.8 swap question

I tried searching on google and this forum but the answer escapes me.

I'm finally going through with my explorer axle swap this weekend and I'm going to order the parts I need and I can't figure out the exact rubber hose to connect the steel brake line on the body of the ranger (1992 2wd ) to the t fitting on the explorer axle.

Vehicle model and year or part number would be great in helping me figure this out, thanks guys.

You can use the extension line shown to make you line longer and it works with the factory line holder.

this looks like its retaining the ranger T fitting, I was ordering new explorer rubber lines with the T fitting that comes with them on the driver's side.
