Does anyone know if a 93 Ranger driveshaft flange will bolt up to the pinion flange on a 98 Explorer rear end with out mods?

If your Ranger has an 8.8, then yes. If its a 7.5 then no.

Negative.
Both the 90+ 7.5 and 8.8 have large pattern flanges.
It will bolt right up.
Really? Thats not the info I got when I did my swap. Oh well sorry for the wrong info.

Yes, all '90.5+ axles should have the larger flange, '89down (and early-'90) have the small-pattern flange (which all were 7.5s incidentally)
