8.8 axle swap?

hey i have a 1990 b2 manual trans and im wontering about the drive shaft can i just get conversion joints from 1310 to 1330 and use the explorer flange?

Have you measured the cap diameter and the cross lenght? Mine were the same size, only had to change the flange.

Check to make sure you even need an new flange. Measure bolt hole to bolt hole, and see if it won't line up.

the drive shaft flange is smaller than the 8.8 but i didnt get the driveshaft flange off of the explorer so i dont know if the ujoints r the same i guess i gotta go get one befor i start buying parts
