would this work on the rear end of a 7.5 ranger

Trucks a 94 2.3 2wd 220k on the clock

bought a set of 33's from tire rack, rather than burning my clutch up trying to spin em on a 16 inch rim figured id do a gear too.

i also understand 5.13 is a short gear if that could work, but could anyone shed any light on 7.5 gear swaps and what would be a good one to get thats shorter than stock but wont ruin the drivability too much being its a city driver mud truck in central florida.

thanks

4.88:1 would be a better ratio for 33s on your 2.3L truck.
Unfortunately 4.88 isn't available for a 7.5" you'd have to swap to a 8.8" (which is just as well anyways, the 7.5" gears start to become fragile at those ratios).
