64" Chevy spring question!!!

Ok. So I asked this on the sticky but got no responses, may be more well suited here. What kind of lift do the 63"-64" Chevy 1/2 Ton springs give when used with stock hardware? Is it any at all? If I can get lift and flex out back with just minor work, I'm all about it! I just need to know if someone can tell me for sure what the specs are so I know what I need to order for the front. I come from the Fullsize C/K world so mini trucks, and especially Ford, is very very new to me.

In stock form (stock shackle length) you should get around 2-3" of lift from them depending on how worn out they are (if you get used ones) and if you keep the overload leaf or not.

I'm running a set out of an 88 2wd 1500 in my 91 4x4. With the stock block and extended shackle It sits level with the 5" of lift I have up front.

i am running the 64's out an 03 HD, they were brand new. I kept the overload and stock block and stock shackle. I don't know the exact hieght
