5th starter in two years

Is there any reason as to why my starter keeps goin out? I've replaced the ring gear and everything but it still does it. Am I the only one who's had this issue

Nope Ive put in about 4 starters in 2 years....and I've replaced the flywheel,cables,battery,relay on the fender about 3 times....basically the whole starting system.

Damn. Well I bought one today with a lifetime warranty so I guess ill keep replacing them.

Yep, the lifetime warranty is the way to go. I had a chevy work truck that ate an alternator each and every year. I finally bought 2 lifetime alternators and always carried one for a spare + a spare belt and a spare idler pulley. That truck was still running when I retired and had over 370,000 miles on it. Lot of seat time and fond memories in that truck.
