5R55E EPC solenoid question...

I purchased a new Bosch 5R55E EPC solenoid from a seller on ebay. The part arrived in plastic (inside a small box) and the part was soaked with oil, more so than would seem needed to prevent rust. I contacted the seller and he replied that they were all that way, and the ad photo shows it. I was concerned that maybe these are oil filled (?) and the oil had leaked out. Any input on this? Do these come soaked in oil? Thanks.

I've recently recieved a solinoid pack, mine was dry, but I did read they do needed to be soaked in oil prior to installing.
This is what I ordered, I'm thinking mine may be an incorrect part for my trans.

Thank-you for the reply. That is different from what I ordered. My part was just the EPC solenoid. Mine was a Bosch brand.
