5R44E and 5R55E shift solenoid compatibility

Have buddy with a set of all 6 that are behind the pan for a 2006 4.0 with a 5r55e, I have a 2003 3.0 with a 5r44e. Fairly certain they are the same but I’m about to change my transmission fluid and since I’m in there wanted to swap out the solenoids since the price is right.

Thanks! I made it that far then started looking at valve body’s w / solenoids but they advertise them for both 5r55e and 5r44e. I’m thinking maybe after they bonded the separator plates and had the computer flash upgrade deal in 06 maybe they used the same solenoids after that?
