Here's one in VA that took me about 30 seconds to find. I have no idea if its close to you but go on an area on craigslist near you and search "Ranger 4x4" in the cars/trucks ad section but make sure you click on the entire post button and not just title.

if you're lookin to lift it at some point, i'd find a mid 90's ranger that came with the ttb D35, it's cheaper to lift that the IFS version
