$500 Ranger, is it worth it?

95 XLT 4X4 EXT cab. 4.0 auto, 300000 miles with blown head gasket. Is it worth fixing, parting, or even $500?

yes its worth it, even replacing the head gasket and heads its worth it.

300,000 miles? Uh.... its only worth it if the body and interior are good, if not, no.

yea as long as the frames solid it could be a good platform to build on for cheap

If it helps, I just sold a '96 ext cab 2wd for $300 with a hopeless engine, fairly rusty frame, and plenty of dings and dents.
