Sorry, another question. Just trying to get everything worked out while I have transportation. ;)

Sticking a M0D5 in replace of a C3 in my '84 ranger with a 2.8. I've read that I need to use the old style clutch and brake pedals (gen 1 I guess?) I'm going to be pulling the entire tranny/clutch shebang from a '96 4.0 ranger. Should I use a '96 clutch master cylinder or one for a 1st gen? Then again, maybe they are the same? I plan to use a 4.0 clutch if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance, yall have been a huge help. :icon_thumby:

I would use the 96 master if I was you. Master and slave need to match. I tried to use a 89 master on a 94 slave and pedal went to the floor before disengageing. Put the right master in and worked.
