i have an 86 reg cab short bed, ive been considering lifting it 5.5" with 2.5" suspension and 3" body lift. i have the stock steel wheels on it right now and if possible would like to keep them, what size tire can i fit without rubbing, i use all the steering this truck has frequently and would like to keep the stock turning raidus. i also would like the tire to stay inside the wheel wells and not stick out of the side of the truck, which shouldnt be problem since im using the stock rims.

my truck is also a 2.0l with a 5speed and has NO power to spare so what gears would be best, this will be a 95% street truck with a few small trails and a field or two ocassionally.

and does anybody have a pic of a setup like this
