5.0 tuning? Who do we go to?

Who do we go to for this now? I did a swap with my 01 Ford Ranger, getting close to startup and need a few things tweaked. Have an SCT Xcal 3 (i think), and it's paired to the ECU I have, just needing a few things tweaked on it.

I'd like to know who people from the midwest are using? I think I'd like to have some ecm tuning done because of eliminating the smog pump/EGR system and the TAB/TAD solenoids. With the EGR system I hope to run an electric eliminator plug successfully, since I've already removed all of it.

The catch is I need someone that can tune a Thunderbird ecm. Not nearly as popular or well known.
