Cool pics. You might need to remove the plastic shroud on the steering shaft.

Also the passenger side header looks awfully close to the frame and crossmember. I hope the motor don't rock enough for it to hit. just my .02 though

i reved it up and she bearly moves and for the plastic deal over the steering shaft it seams like plents of clearnces!! i cant wait to drive it ooooo man1!:yahoo:

i know mine was close i had so cut some then had problems when cranks saw sparks had to shave more but heres the pic

oh yeah....i would roll the rail in a good half inch or cut them, its gonna rub holes in them headers wheelin.

good to hear it's A-l-i-v-e!! good pics too...don't worry bout the wiring mess (I got 140 wires to tape up & hide!) wonder what the engine's gonna do in gear....hope the headers don't hit anything then..:icon_idea:.maybe you could raise the hood, chock up the back wheels, then ride the brakes & let somebody eyeball the clearance between the frame & headers in 1st & reverse while popping the gas pedal a couple times to get some torque/flex in the motor mounts to see how close things get under a load.

true i forgot about putting in under a load and seeing how it does... kinda interesting i only needed like 3 wires to tap into to get the hog running whats the others for:icon_confused: i would like to trace em back see what they are for and remove them make the wireing look a lot better, another question what throttle cable is everyone useing? i tryed useing the stock 85 ranger cable but it wont work it feels like its bound up and wont function, also i still cant get a stock fan on the beast or my electric one for that matter, so eithier i can try a crappy ass no good for nothing flex fan:yahoo: orr i read that the accessorys from a 94-95' mustang will give me an extra inch or so? can i keep my stock assessorys and jsust use the brackets and what not from the 94 stang? i would also need the timming chain cover and crank pully too right? :icon_confused::icon_idea:

be careful bout cutting/removing wires...you know how you scratch a puppy's belly & it's back leg starts kickin...same thang with Ranger wiring...you cut out 1 wire you don't need & it's usually tied into something that's tied into 3 other things:icon_surprised:
