5.0 5 speed 4x4

Hi I will be starting my 5.0 swap into my 98 4x4 with the M5OD-R1 and was wondering if the M5OD-R2 was the best fit to keep my manual Trans and 4x4.

5.0 from a 96/97 explorer a tune and keeping it a manual is an easy day look at jbrowns build he did a really nice job as far as 4x4 get the 4x4 version of his trans and a manual shift transfer case that matches trans its very doable
The easyest way would be switch to auto use the 4r70w that matches and a bw4406 transfercase. I went from manual to auto but that was due to blown knee issues on the clutch leg and it sucked in traffic as i daily my ranger

Its a good read but as far as the Trans goes they stopped producing T5 transfercase adapters(as far as my research has brought me)
