4X4 not working

I have checked all the conections and fuses as TRS post on 4WD Control Module. On step 5d I'm confused about if the yellow wire should have power or is it the ground. I have three control mods and three switches, find it unlikely that all three are bad. Any help. O, and the dealer told me they could not fix it either????
