Ok. So as you know new england just got hit with a huge freak storm. I had to take my truck out so I locked my hubs and pushed the 4x4 button but nothing happened. Luckilly my hubs were locked or driving would have been a complete nightmare. I checked the fuse and its still good. I can't hear any clicking and the light doesn't go on at all. I'm assuming its either the relay or the the 4x4 controls. I can't find anywhere where the relay is for it. Any help or ideas?

If your 4x4 didn't engage then having your hubs locked did absolutely nothing for you. Chances are the motors dead for the 4wd.

or the module went bad, if yours is the extended cab the Transfer Case Shift Module should be behind the driver side jumpseat and its fairly simple to check too.
Good luck!:icon_thumby:

Omg. Thank you man. That's what I love about this site. I put in a new head unit a few months ago and I saw that and thought it was an amp. A part of the clip broke so I could never get it all the way back together. I took it out and pulled out the broken piece and it slid back together. Now I push the button and it goes right in to 4x4. It wouldn't do low range but ill try rolling backwards a bit later. Thanks a bunch man.
