Whats up everyone im looking for some ideas for my front suspension its all stock right now but im looking for some upgrades let me know thanks

Shocks or a Dixon Bros kit (prerunner style) are about all you got. Unless you want to replace all bushings.
Bilstien and KYB make good shocks.
Best bang for your buck if you want lift, go body lift and a t-bar crank.

Better shocks, +1 on the Bilsteins, 1.5" t-bar crank if you want.
The Superlift kit basically lowers your stock front suspension mounting points (if you want to lift the truck, you weren't clear on that). Dixon Bros. is a true upgrade with stronger parts and more travel but it will also cost $6000 or more by the time you're done.
