Where is the 4x4 control module located on a 98 Ranger?

Its either under the the cupholder skirt or behind the passenger kick panel.

Thanks for the quick answer!
I had been told that it was behind my radio, I looked and there is nothing back there in the dash unless I just can't see it. So now I'll look behind the kick panel. And again thanks for the help.
