Nice. What did that come off of? I wanna try to get a better master cylinder for my truck too.

you got any pics of looking straight down the engine bay at the motor mounts? without the motor in of course lol. what do you plan on doing for you sending unit and the fuel pump and all that gear?

I've got the whole Hydroboost setup from a 1998 Cobra; booster, master, resevoir, hoses, and pump. Not going to be able to use the pump from the 4.6though.

To mount the hydrobooster all i had to do was use the existing bottom two booster mounting holes and drill two holes for the top studs of the booster to go into. Then the rod needs to be extended .5" to match the length of the stock ranger booster and to keep the pedal in the stock location.

White dots are where holes need to be drilled.(NOT the spot welds lol)

Rod needs to be extended to mount to the pedal. Getting mine extended this week.

Just Ran out and took these real quick. Mounts may be a little cock-eyed; theyre just resting in the slots.

Sending unit: stock setup since im leaving the stock gauge in.
Fuel pump: Electric frame mounted type. Also gonna run a regulator on the firewall.

great job!

looks like i need to get my butt in gear and catch up with you, haha

Thanx! An Catch up with me? Hey you still have an intact front suspension! I have to complete the suspension now before i can roll the truck back under my hoist to drop the motor in for (hopefully) the last time... And might have to find 3more spare tires so i can fit the ranger under it :D My todo list has gotten a lot bigger and more complicated than the original plan of just simply dropping in a f150 motor haha

same here. just because my front susp. is intact, doesn't mean that's what it will be rolling on............. :D :icon_welder:

Got these in yesterday from RockAuto. Deff a huge improvement from the flagstyles. Even come with a cromed mirror cap and a paintable one.

what year are those from? will they bolt on to the 94?

thanks,

They're from a 2007. They're not 100%bolt on but its easy to do. Check out the tech library under the exterior section i believe. Good write up on it. Essentially enlarge the holes on the door and place washers on the backside before you put your nuts on. I drilled my holes just have to get 5more bolts for the mirrors. My old ones went when i sold the flags.

this gives you an idea without the cap on:
