4wd with manual lockers not rolling?!?!

I have Rugged Ridge Manual lovkers on my 98 XLT. Locked the front hubs and put it in 4hi, the truck wouldn't budge. Gave it more gas and the rear wheels simply pushed the fronts. Not sure if the front diff went, bad lockers or what. Also, the passenger side locker has an audible vacuum leak that disappears when I put my hand over the hub and the driver side doesn't "click" into the locked position the way they should.

Ok jack up both front tires and fool around with those lockers while trying to spin the wheels. You should be able to diagnose the problem without trying to move the vehicle.

when you installed the manual hubs, did you not cap off the vacuum lines? Or am I misunderstanding
you what you did?
