Picked up this roller today for 250$ body is super clean, not much rust at all. Only downfall is its 4wd.

Do they make a kit anywhere for a conversion, or is it so much as going to the junk yard and pulling parts off? Wanting to do a 2.3 turbo setup. 9in ford ect...

Depends on what you are after. If you want 2wd weight you can put a 2wd trans in and yank almost everything off the front axle but the beams.

Short of major surgery on the frame you will never get it to sit as low as a 2wd. You could always frame swap it.

Look for 2wd bronco II beams and brackets as they are based off a 4wd frame.
