4wd not workin, shift motor good, 4 switches tried

I got no clue. I kniow this question has been asked on this forum a zillion times. i've searched and read them. tried everything suggestion. I have switched the selector switch on my 2001 4 door xlt 4x4 with 4 diferent ones. went to the shift motor next. still no go. I hot wired both motors now that I have to and they are working. fuzes checked first obviously. I cannot get up my driveway. please anyone who has tried thes steps and have not had luck with the suggestions in the forums and have gotten theres fixed. please let me know. any other suggestions appreciated.

Im not sure about the older models but I thought there was a relay for the 4wheel drive motor too.

Remove the passenger side panel just in front of the door. There is an electronic t-case shift module. This burns out quite frequently. Had the same issue, no 4wd/4wd low lights on the dash when I turned the key on and stuck in 2wd. I swapped this module out and works like a champ. Can't remember, but I think it's a dealer only part...

i have similar problem with my '00 with 4.0 but 4wd hi and low lights do flash.was told that my electronic box was in dash behind radio.everything has power and works fine.is this the same problem or not n
