4wd Conversion on 1997 2wd Dually 7.3L PSD

Ok, moving this to the top of my hobby list. We got a lot of snow this year causing me to get stuck several times. I have not been driving the truck on the wet slushy roads, but I have had it on the dry cold roads. You will see in the pictures, its still clean from October. It is a truck and I do need it. The last two winters were mild compared to this year.

So as my truck is buried right now, I am planning my 4wd swap. Might get it started this spring.
I got into flipping cars as a joined venture with my father-in-law. Those profits are going to by my hobby income.

Stuck as it sits today. The pass side is plowed. My rear end slid off causing me to end up in this spot...

Last weekend I picked up this 01 7.3L. First flip truck.




As soon as that sells, I will start buying parts.

picked up a KP 60. Ratio unknown. The parts pile is starting to grow.

Also found out today a buddy has a divorced ford 205 and intermediate shaft laying around. We didnt talk price yet, but its good to know its there.

I've got one, but mine's a 91 4x4 with a flatbed and sides, similar to a CM truckbed. I plan to drop a 12 valve (its got a 351w/ZF/1356 in it now), 96 front clip, and SD axles. Mine's not as gorgeous as that one is though, not yet

Thanks. I hope to get $7800-8000 for it. It sat for a while and needed some love. New batteries, new ball joints, ICP sensor and I rebuilt the IPR last night. Runs awesome now! I want to keep it... The bed and tires are shot. Will see how it goes. If no interest, I will find some tires and raise the price.

I will be putting 3.55s in my D60. I got a used set off Pirate shipped for $20 lol

She is my baby. I will say, 2wd DRWs were half the price of 4wd SRWs. Hence this purchase lol

Coils. 6.0L coils.

I am going to do a y-link radius arm setup. I want 3 link but it won't fit well with out a huge lift lol
