I found a killer deal on a 1994 5 speed. But from what I read, the 1994's are not OBD-II like my 1996 is. Will that cause any problems with the swap? Thanks

Just get a computer from a 1996 5 speed truck and swap it in.
Okay simple enough.
And I am assuming my transfer case will bolt right up? I have an electric 1354

Just did a little searching and from what I saw, a 1354 electric will bolt right up to a M5OD. Hell, the truck this came off of probably had an electric 1354. Correct me if I am wrong though.

You are correct. But you might have to use your shift motor as the electrical plug might be different...
