4R44E Transmission Problems

I have a 4R44E transmission and it has been giving me problems lately. When I go to take off in drive it revs very high but takes off very slow. When I try starting in first it starts to go kind of intermediately like its hopping. Could this be from the solenoids going bad? Or any other ideas on what is going bad?

Thank you for the help. Should be able to see if those are bad now if not just have to keep looking into it. Thanks
