4r44e no forward gears just reverse

1999 mazda b3000 4x4 135,000 4r44e trans just bought as-is has reverse but no forward gears at all.....changed fluid and filter some sludge on magnet but didnt see anything else in fluid but was very dirty,goes into reverse very smooth and pulls good,havent pulled any codes yet,cel is not on or any other lights on dash,just wanted some opinions before i pull out,thx for any help....

Bad valve body. Can be replaced with trans in truck.

update:rebuilt valvebody with transgo kit no luck so pulled tranny took apart forward clutches were bad so replaced them along with all new gaskets and seals and working great now ......
