4 way flashers


It's a separate flasher module. Check owners manual for location.it might be on the back side of the cabin fuse panel. They're fairly inexpensive at local auto parts store or pick-n-pull junk yard.
 
1994 and earlier used 2 separate flashers, one for turn the other for 4-way

In the fuse box the round flasher is for turn signals
On the BACK SIDE of fuse box is another round flasher for the 4-ways

But there are separate fuses since the 4-ways have full time power and turn signals only have Key On power

in 1991 fuse 4 is for brake lights and 4-way, both have full time power
