4" superlift VS 3" body lift

anyone know is the skyjacker leaf for the early year ranger would fit my 07?
I don't really want to install the block that came with the lift...had bad experience with the 89

what did you use?

I was thinking 6" and remove the factory block...would that work?

Or am i better to put 4" and leave the factory block...

I hate block..lol
