4" RC lift + spacer question

A week ago my bro lifted my 94 Ranger Supercab 3.0 4x4 with a Rough Country 4" lift, He set it down and the front was 2" higher than the rear so he did the shackle bracket flip in the rear and gained 2" in the rear and it measured the same height at the center of the wheel well front and rear.
I realized that it must have lifted at least 5-6 inches in the front for that to happen and figured the front springs were designed to sag. Well now a week later and its sitting 1-2 inches lower in the front and here is my dilemma.

After the lift I installed 2 axis alignment bushings and immediately drove the truck to an alignment shop and got it aligned. This was before the springs showed any sag. So im thinking i can put 2" lift spacers in with the front lift springs to return to the height it was when it was aligned and be ok. I spent $100 on the alignment just a week ago and dont want to have to get another one. It has a drop pitman arm for a 4" lift but should i get the skyjacker extreme drop pitman arm if i do this and can I swap them without affecting the alignment.

The last question is, was looking at different spacers and want to go with the $50-$60 ebay spacers but not sure what would be better, Delrin or Aluminum.

My springs are just a week old and are powdercoated to match my ride so dont want to just get 6" springs right away.

Any comments appreciated, thanks.

Don't get the Ebay spacers, they are crap. I have seen people on here that had them crap out not very long after installing. And the washers will only cost you around $10 for a dozen.

Yeah those things crush under the weight of the spring pressure, stick with metal ones (aluminum is fine, as are the washers).

I would suggest getting the Skyjacker pt# FA600 drop arm for it. Your truck's handling will be much better (not to mention your tires will last longer too). Realignment is required when you do pretty much anything that affects your truck's ride height.

Thanks, Ill try the washer route first, my main thing is to get the height back up to where it was when it was aligned. Some sources say my pitman arm is good for 4-6" lift and i saw that the 6-8" pitman arm is really expensive, so im going to try to get away with the one i have.

Thanks for all of your input. This weekend, the swaybars come off and the front gets lifted more :headbang:
