dont want any NCO gettin into my a** about opening the doors to take some pics
Ford never built a full 4-door Ranger for the US. And you're never gonna find one in CT. I would know, I've lived in CT all my life and I've never seen one in person. If you need a back-seat to put kids in, you need either an Explorer Sport-Trac, a crew-cab F150, or just about any car/van/SUV. Rangers aren't too family-friendly. It is unsafe to put a baby seat in the rear area of an extended cab. The only safe place for a baby seat in a Ranger is in the front seat, with the baby seat facing backwards, with the passenger side airbag turned off.
ford made four door rangers in the u.s., the ext cab on models from, ithink, 98 had them. they are small doors though. just like the regular ext cab. i dont think you can put a baby seat back there, since the seats sit sideways.
Yea I meant four full size doors like the truck in the picture above. All US Rangers, even the ones with the little half-doors, are not safe for babies in the back. The only safe way, like I said before, is in the front seat facing backwards with the airbag off.
