4 Door Rangers.....What countries?

I've seen 4 door Rangers in youtube videos like the one below. Where were these things sold? I freakin' want one BAD!

they got them in south america, afganistan, and europe, pretty much everywhere except the US, because they wont pass the emission standards, I tried finding info on getting me one but i get the runaround so idk.

That's odd. Those would sell well in the states. I wonder what is different that would not let them pass emissions here? I'd be all over one.

Why would you want one of those? Our Rangers don't get stuck...

Not only emissions (for the diesel engines) keeps them out of the US, but the side impact safety as well (according to Ford).

Additionally, the conspiracy theorist in me thinks Ford also doesn't want anything cutting into F150 sales.
