4.6 or rebuild 3.0

so for the second time i need to do the valves on my 3.0. i can do the or moms 94 t bird just got totaled and it has the 4.6 in it. i want to know what else i will need besides the engine trans and harness and if it will be worth all the work. can i splice the two harness or is it easyer to buy one made for the converison.

Splice them. Buy an EVTM for each vehicle and compare the wiring.
