4-4.0 Engines in 1 year

I need some advice, I have had 3 Jasper 4.0 engines with head and head gasket problems in a little over a year. The last engine Jasper tested once more before it left the factory, it lasted about six months, but it like the others has a blown head gasket. The motors never ran hot, never ran hard and installed correctly, but all blew head gaskets, one had a cracked head, the repair did not last long. I know 1990 was the first year for the 4.0, was there a problem with the heads seating, blowing head gaskets? Do I need a later year model?

i have a block and heads for sale just need all the other parts and it needs cleaned but it has perfect cyl walls.

i bought my 4.0 with a blown head gasket got felpro permatourg gaskets and used heads off a friend mine were cracked and its good to go do the work yourself only way to know for sure its done right
