I have succesfully pulled the 4.0L engine from my doner vehicle. Thanks for all your help. I have the engine on a stand and need to tweek it up. What appearance actions can I take to this engine. Are there some nice valve covers? I was thinking of painting the engine block. What paint should I use? Any other suggestions?

Paint er up unless you like to polish.

Looks great. What kind of paint did you use. Epoxy?

What color did you use for the block? Good choise.

It was just the medium Grey. It's a bit darker than primer, and glossy.

I've put on over 20,000 miles on the clean engine and it's still fine. Paint has held up good.

You could always get some stuff powder coated so that it lasts longer. Brackets, covers, etc.
