ok fair enough, but that is merely the to the letter specs of the rulebook. which goes into that much detail on everything.
read that paragraph you posted, other than simple integrity safety issues there is no "very strict" requirement on rotors (as previously alledged) but they did in fact have a twist restriction on the rotors (which i said, but theirs was measured in 1" increments in this) and a length restricton but that is equal to a 16-71 supercharger which is freakin' huge, there isn't even a restriciton on what the rotors can be stripped with, mine had teflon strips on the sides, and nylotron strips on the apexes.
how did this "new" style blower not meet these simple requirements?
