4.0 swap

hello im am new to this site,
i have a 1994 ranger with a 5 speed 4 cyl, i also have a 92 ranger with a 5 speed 4.0, my question is what do i have to change for the swap? are the mounts all the same, wiring? anything that i need to know? i want to put the 4.0 in the 94,

look around. there are several write ups on engine swaps. start in the tech library and work you way to the engine swap forums.

You MUST swap over the injectors and probably the on-engine harness.

Most of the sensors are the same.

Your '94 engine MAY use a cam position sensor and if that is the case you'll have to swap that too... (though for many people I'll suggest seeking professional help)

i have the whole 92 truck with the 4.0, could i just swap the computers and the whole harness for the engine and whatever else i need, then wouldnt that be easier? i do have some experience in cars and electrical, just not with fords, haha
