4.0 swap with clutch problem

I did a 4.0 swap in my 83 ranger. It has the toyo koygo 4 speed tranny in it. I used the 4.0 flywheel and clutch. Now i have no clutch. It acts like there isn't enough throw on the throw out bearing. Wondering if anyone has done this swap with this tranny and what they did.

I don't think you'll find some one with that combo.It sounds like you have air in there I bleed mine with a a food syringe from the bottom.
