4.0 swap troubleshooting

i have a 1990 ranger that had a 2.9 with a a4ld. i bought a 4.0 out of a 93 ranger with the a4ld attached. i have the 4.0 and 4.0 a4ld installed. i installed an engine harness and engine bay harness from a93 explorer. the 4.0 cranks but no fuel. i dont hear the fuel pump kicking on. also when i connect the battery the radio stays on and also the ac controls do too. the light for the ac controls stays on all the time. ive checked all the grounds and they are good. i research the swap before i did it and thought i had everything covered. i read that i didnt need to switch dash harnesses since it was a 90 and newer. wiring is not my strong suit but i have all data and cant find any reason that it should not run. i am literally in the garage right now with the laptop trying to figure this out. any info would be soooo grateful

It sounds like you have a wiring problem. Start tracing the wires.

started tracing wires. havent figured anything out yet. where can i get a connecter view of the big white round connector on the drivers side firewall.

That pinout is not easy to come by. I have pieced one together that is mostly complete that I can send you if you PM me your email address.
