Yeah. Check the PCV valve at the back of the driver's side of the engine. There should be a little metal horse-shoe around it. That port that you posted runs a little hose around the back of the engine to that horse shoe, and then the other side of the horse shoe goes back to I can't remember where exactly.
But yeah, it's part of the cooling system. It runs hot water around the PCV to keep it warm and prevent it from getting stuck or iced in cold weather. I know that isn't something you have to deal with in Florida, but you at least need to find the other end of the circuit and run the line across them and bypass the PCV so that you don't have a leak.
