I'm new here. I have the timing chain tick, and planning on rebuilding another 4.0, to swap when the time comes.
I've heard of people using chevy 350 5.7" rods and increased compression height pistons on ford rangers. I was curious if anyone has ever used a longer rod (say 6"), and less compression height piston (say 1.2"-1.362") on any NA builds?
Issues with tuning? Block Clearance issues?
