4.0 sohc auto to 5 speed

hey guys first time on this fourm been on chucks and the tgw site for awhile but anyway i got a 04 ranger xlt ex cab 4.0 sohc 4x4 im wanting to swap in a 5 speed how hard is this to do what trannys can i use and do i have to do a computer swap and what wireing do i have to change i know the basics like the colom slave master pedal hole in the floor crossmember and drive shaft any help is welcome thanks guys
