I have a 93 Ranger, just this morning after getting up to 55mph, she started hesitating and sputtering, check engine light came on. I get her home noticed a loose O2 sensor and plug. Fixed both of them, ran fine at 1st but then started doing it all over again. She is idling really rough. Any ideas?

unhook the battery for 15 minutes and try again.

Thanks, she is running a lot better now, but check engine light still comes on. I am getting code 137. I am worried that the O2 sensor that was loose got damaged. I took her wheeling the day before and cleaned it up. Could I have got some water in the sensor and damaged it?
